Sarbala Ji

Set in pre-independence Punjab, Sarbala Ji is a quirky, high‑energy comedy‑drama about love, identity and chaos. The central characters are Sucha (Gippy Grewal), a charming wedding entertainer, and his shy cousin Gajjan (Ammy Virk), who fears marriage. A harmless flirtation at a wedding leads to Sucha being cursed to never marry, triggering a chain of unpredictable events: runaway grooms, bandits, secret crushes, and mistaken identities. When Gajjan is kidnapped, Sucha impersonates the groom to salvage the wedding plans.
