Following the high-stakes events of the first film, Sayen: Desert Road finds the resilient Mapuche warrior Sayen labeled as one of Chile's most wanted fugitives. She journeys to the desolate but striking Atacama Desert to follow a lead against Actaeon, the sinister multinational corporation responsible for the murder of her family and the exploitation of her homeland’s natural resources.
