Johnny Marco is a high-profile Hollywood actor living a life of excess and existential boredom at the legendary Chateau Marmont hotel. His routine of fast cars, prescription pills, and casual encounters is abruptly interrupted when his eleven-year-old daughter, Cleo, is left in his care following her mother's sudden departure.
