When a prank involving a fake death goes horribly wrong, a group of five sorority sisters accidentally kills one of their own. Panicked and desperate to protect their futures, they hide the body in a deep mine shaft and vow to keep the incident a secret forever. However, a year later during their graduation celebrations, a mysterious hooded killer armed with a modified tire iron begins stalking the group, picking them off one by one. As the body count rises and the secrets of that fateful night surface, the girls must fight for survival while questioning if their victim has returned from the grave or if someone else is seeking a bloody revenge.
