Tere Liye

Tere Liye is a youthful coming-of-age musical drama that follows five close-knit friends—Aditya, Dev, Tara, Ritu, and Raghu—who are the children of low-level workers in a film studio. Bound by their shared environment and a passion for music, they form a rock band and dream of achieving stardom in the very industry their parents serve. However, their aspirations are tested by internal romantic complications when a beautiful newcomer, Piya, seeks to join the group, sparking jealousy and shifting dynamics. The film explores themes of friendship, rebellion against parental expectations, and the bittersweet reality of chasing "starry" dreams within the shadows of Bollywood.
