Teri Meri Gal Ban gayi

The film follows Gunjor “Kaur/Guri” (Rubina Bajwa), a college student raised in a single-parent household (her father and grandfather), who falls in love with Navjyot/“Navi” (Akhil Pasreja), the son of a businessman in Amritsar. Their budding romance runs into friction not only from familial concerns but from societal expectations and the challenge of reconciling their backgrounds and responsibilities. As Guri worries about how her father will manage after her marriage and Navi’s family grapples with tradition, the young couple must navigate love, duty, and family to determine whether they can convince others — and themselves — that their union is right.
