In a Punjabi village steeped in wrestling tradition and ancestral pride, undefeated veteran Bhakhtaur Singh grows increasingly desperate for a male heir to carry forward his wrestling legacy after his son steps away from the ring and his grandson remains childless. Challenging generations of patriarchal expectations, his resilient daughter-in-law, Kammo, takes matters into her own hands by assembling and training a determined squad of six village girls to form a competitive kabaddi team. Facing fierce societal resistance, mockery, and intense athletic trials, the young women rise against all odds to challenge an elite international team from New Zealand, ultimately forcing the family patriarch to confront his stubborn pride and redefine what truly carries a lineage's honor forward.
