About The Baker
The Baker follows a quiet, solitary man whose past is shrouded in mystery. Living a monk-like existence as a baker, his world is upended when his estranged son reappears and then vanishes after a dangerous drug deal goes south. Left to care for a silent granddaughter he never knew existed, the baker is forced to resurrect his violent skills to protect her from ruthless mob hitmen and a powerful drug lord, revealing that he is far more than a simple tradesman.
