About The Big Wedding
The Big Wedding is an uproarious romantic comedy centered on a modern, fractured family attempting to survive a weekend wedding celebration without imploding. Long-divorced couple Don and Ellie Griffin are forced to feign a happy marriage when their adopted son’s ultra-conservative biological mother unexpectedly flies in from Colombia to attend the nuptials. As the lie spirals out of control, the Griffins, their adult children, and their various partners are forced to confront their messy pasts and complicated present relationships in a series of hilariously awkward encounters.
