The Black Demon​

The Black Demon is a 2023 science fiction thriller directed by Adrian Grunberg. The film follows Paul Sturges (Josh Lucas), an oil company inspector who visits a remote oil rig in Baja California with his family. What begins as a routine inspection turns into a nightmare when they encounter a massive megalodon shark, known as "El Demonio Negro," terrorizing the rig.
