The Voices

Jerry is an upbeat factory worker in a small town who struggles with severe schizophrenia, a condition he manages by hallucinating that his polite dog, Bosco, and his foul-mouthed cat, Mr. Whiskers, can talk to him. While Bosco acts as his moral compass, the cynical Mr. Whiskers pushes him toward darker impulses. After Jerry accidentally kills a colleague he was pursuing romantically, his precarious grip on reality shatters completely. Guided by the conflicting advice of his pets and the severed heads of his victims stored in his fridge, Jerry spirals into a series of murders while desperately trying to maintain a facade of normalcy.
