Just before Christmas, the Cashman family moves into a secluded, historic mansion that once served as a children's home, planning to renovate and flip the property. While the parents are preoccupied with work, the younger children, Zoe and Franklin, discover a hidden chest of vintage toys in the attic that mysteriously come to life. What initially seems like holiday magic quickly spirals into a nightmare as the toys reveal a malevolent agenda, manifesting the house's dark history through supernatural attacks.
