Up

Up (2009) is a deeply moving animated adventure from Pixar and director Pete Docter. Carl Fredricksen, a curmudgeonly widower, attaches thousands of balloons to his home to fly to South America and fulfill a promise to his late wife. Unexpectedly, young Wilderness Explorer Russell stows away, and together they, along with a talking dog and a rare bird, journey to the wilds.
