Women Talking

The film follows a group of women who grapple with a series of brutal sexual assaults committed by the men in their community. While the men are away in the city to post bail for the accused, the women gather in a hayloft to debate their future through three distinct choices: do nothing, stay and fight, or leave. As they reconcile their deep-rooted faith with the necessity for safety and autonomy, their conversation transforms into a powerful meditation on systemic trauma, forgiveness, and the collective courage required to imagine a new world for themselves and their children.
