Zara Hatke Zara Bachke is a lighthearted romantic‑comedy set in a small city (Indore) about a married couple, Kapil and Somya (played by Vicky Kaushal and Sara Ali Khan), who live with their extended family. As the strains of everyday married life and cramped space mount, they decide to file for a divorce — but their plan doesn’t go smoothly, especially as their family gets involved and hidden motives and misunderstandings emerge. Through comedic twists and familial drama, the film explores themes of love, compromise, dignity, and the middle‑class dream of owning one’s own home.
