Aakrosh

Aakrosh is a gritty action-thriller centered on the sensitive and harrowing issue of honor killings in rural India. When three medical students from Delhi go missing in the fictional village of Jhanjhar, Bihar, CBI officers Siddhant Chaturvedi (Akshaye Khanna) and Pratap Kumar (Ajay Devgn) are dispatched to investigate. They soon find themselves pitted against a wall of silence, a corrupt local police force led by the ruthless Ajatshatru Singh (Paresh Rawal), and a powerful, caste-driven social militia known as the Shool Sena. As the investigation deepens, the duo must navigate a web of systemic oppression and personal vendettas to uncover the truth behind the disappearances and deliver justice in a lawless land.
