Aavesham

Aavesham is a 2024 Indian Malayalam-language action comedy black-comedy film written and directed by Jithu Madhavan. It follows three young engineering students — Aju, Bibi, and Shanthan — who arrive in Bengaluru and, after being brutally bullied by a senior, enlist the help of Ranjith “Ranga” Gangadharan, an eccentric and powerful local gangster, to seek revenge. As their chaotic plan unfolds, the group’s dynamics shift between absurd comedy and unexpected emotional moments, revealing deeper ties to their own ambitions and identities while blending humour, action, and social commentary.
