Bombay Velvet

Set against the backdrop of 1960s Bombay, the story follows an ambitious street fighter named Balraj, alias Johnny, who dreams of becoming a "big shot" to win the affection of jazz singer Rosie Noronha. His relentless hunger for wealth draws him into the orbit of media magnate Kaizad Khambatta, who hands Johnny the reins of an elite club called Bombay Velvet to further his own illicit empire. Caught in a treacherous web of greed, political corruption, and crime, Johnny finds his loyalties and love tested as he becomes a pawn in a larger conspiracy shaping the destiny of the burgeoning metropolis.
