Bougainvillea is a gripping psychological thriller about Dr. Royce Thomas and his wife Reethu, whose seemingly calm life is shattered when three tourists go missing and Reethu is found near one of the disappearance sites with no memory. As ACP David Koshy (Fahadh Faasil) investigates, he uncovers layers of trauma, secrets, and distortion of memory that entangle Reethu’s past with the present, pushing her into questions she cannot answer.
