In this horror-comedy sequel, the tranquil waters of Lake Placid are once again home to a deadly threat when a new swarm of giant, man-eating crocodiles begins terrorizing the local community. Sheriff James Riley teams up with a visiting paleontologist and an eccentric local woman, Sadie Bickerman—the sister of the original film's crocodile feeder—to stop the reptilian predators before they consume everyone in sight. As the body count rises among campers and locals, the team must navigate the murky waters to hunt down the aggressive female crocodile protecting her nest and her lethal offspring.
