Crescent City

In the small southern town of Crescent City, a relentless serial killer leaves a trail of grizzly clues and decapitated victims, pushing the local community into a state of terror. Veteran detectives Brian Sutter and Luke Carson lead the investigation, but as the body count rises and the public demands justice, Captain Howell assigns a third detective, Jaclyn Waters, to the team. Waters, who is secretly an Internal Affairs investigator, begins to suspect that the detectives themselves may be hiding dark secrets. As the line between the law and the criminal element blurs, the investigators must confront their own moral compromises to stop the killer before they become the next targets.
