Dragged Across Concrete follows two veteran police detectives, Brett Ridgeman and Anthony Lurasetti, who find themselves suspended without pay after a video of their aggressive policing tactics is leaked to the media. Desperate for money and embittered by their lack of financial security, the pair decides to descend into the criminal underworld to track down a professional thief and intercept a major score. However, their plan quickly spirals out of control as they encounter far more lethal and sadistic violence than they anticipated, leading to a grim, slow-burning standoff where the lines between law and crime become irrevocably blurred.
