Shivani Shivaji Roy, a fierce and determined Superintendent of Police, is assigned to Kota, Rajasthan, to investigate a series of brutal sexual assaults and murders targeting young women. The perpetrator is Sunny, a remorseless 21-year-old psychopath who uses his innocent appearance to deceive his victims and openly taunts Shivani’s authority.
