In a white-hot flash of light, the Moon suddenly vanishes, followed by a second blinding pulse that wipes the memories of everyone on Earth. Eleven months later, survivors awaken to a literal living nightmare: the planet has been sucked through a wormhole and is being torn apart from the inside out.
