When a wealthy Korean-American family in Los Angeles experiences a series of paranormal events threatening their newborn, they enlist the help of a renowned shaman duo, Hwa-rim and Bong-gil. Recognizing the affliction as a "Grave’s Call" from a restless ancestor, the shamans team up with a veteran geomancer and a traditional mortician to exhume the family's ancestral grave in a remote South Korean village. However, the task takes a terrifying turn when they discover the tomb was buried in a location with "vile" energy, inadvertently unleashing a malevolent supernatural force that has been dormant for decades. As the team races to perform sacred rituals to contain the evil, they uncover deep-seated historical secrets that bridge the gap between the living and the dead.
