Dheeran, a software engineer, is drawn back to Chennai after receiving a cryptic plea for help from his former lover, Anu. Upon arrival, he checks into a secluded apartment on the fourth floor, only to find Anu missing and himself plagued by chilling, lucid visions of past residents and supernatural occurrences. As the boundary between his haunting dreams and reality begins to dissolve, Dheeran uncovers a sinister web of real estate scams, political corruption, and covered-up murders tied to the building.
