Gundala follows Sancaka, a former street orphan turned security guard, whose life changes when he is struck by lightning and gains superhuman powers. As Gundala, he harnesses electricity and healing abilities to fight injustice in his corrupt city. He becomes entangled in a deadly battle against the crime lord Pengkor, who wields political influence and a ruthless network.
