Two decades after the suburban massacre that nearly claimed her life, Laurie Strode has faked her death and reinvented herself as the headmistress of a private California boarding school under the name Keri Tate. Despite her new life, she remains deeply traumatized, struggling with alcoholism and an overprotective relationship with her teenage son, John.
