Iron Man 2

Iron Man 2 picks up about six months after Tony Stark has publicly revealed himself as Iron Man. While enjoying both fame and scrutiny, Stark faces pressure — from the government, from competitors, and from his own health — as the arc reactor that powers his heart and his suit begins to fail. A Russian scientist named Ivan Vanko emerges, building his own dangerous weaponry based on Stark’s technology, while rival weapons manufacturer Justin Hammer seeks to undermine Stark’s legacy. With the help of allies like James Rhodes, Pepper Potts, and returning characters such as Nick Fury, Stark must confront both internal and external threats in order to protect himself, his innovation, and the world.
