About Love Lies Bleeding
Set in the neon-soaked late 1980s, reclusive gym manager Lou falls deeply in love with Jackie, an ambitious bodybuilder passing through a small New Mexico town on her way to a competition in Las Vegas. Their intense romance quickly spirals into a dark, hallucinatory web of violence as they become entangled with Lou’s estranged father, a menacing criminal patriarch. Fueled by steroid-induced rage and a desperate need for escape, the pair must navigate a brutal cycle of murder and betrayal that tests the limits of their devotion.
