When the dead body of powerful businesswoman Maya Verma mysteriously vanishes from a morgue prior to her post-mortem, veteran police investigator SP Jairaj Rawal is assigned to crack the case. Suspicion immediately falls upon Maya's younger husband, Ajay Puri, who secretly orchestrated her fatal heart attack with a discrete cardiotoxin to be with his secret lover. Trapped inside the morgue over the course of a stormy night as mind games unfold, Ajay begins receiving cryptic clues pointing to the eerie possibility that his wife may still be alive and engineering a sinister revenge.
