Nadikar follows David Padikkal (played by Tovino Thomas), once a celebrated superstar, who finds his career and personal life crumbling as his ego and careless choices catch up with him. Facing a string of flops and tarnished reputation, he is forced to reckon with his image, relationships and identity.
