Pottel

Set in a rural village in Telangana, Pottel follows the story of Gangadhar, an underprivileged man from a lower caste who is deeply committed to ensuring his daughter, Saraswati, receives a proper education. The village is ruled by a tyrannical Patel who uses a "sacred sheep" (Pottel) and superstitious rituals to maintain control and exploit the uneducated community. When the sacred sheep goes missing, Gangadhar and his family face brutal persecution, forcing them into a desperate struggle for survival and dignity.
