Churu Lal Sharma is a struggling writer in Himachal Pradesh whose creative block is solved by a magical notebook that brings his fictional characters to life. His latest unlucky creations, Rahu and Ketu, manifest in the physical world and are tasked with fighting local corruption and the international drug trade. However, chaos ensues when a street-smart woman named Meenu Taxi steals the mystical diary to rewrite her own fate, dragging the bumbling duo into a dangerous confrontation with an eccentric drug mafia leader named Mordechai. The film blends mythological themes with situational comedy as the characters discover whether they are bound by the writer’s pen or their own free will.
