Santoshi Kumari, a dedicated and idealistic physics teacher, starts a new chapter in her life following a traumatic divorce from a corrupt official. She joins a school where students are strictly segregated by their academic performance, and she is assigned the "D" division—a group derisively labeled as "Duffers" by both staff and peers. Refusing to follow the standard rote-learning syllabus, Santoshi employs unconventional, application-based teaching methods to ignite a genuine passion for learning in her disillusioned students.
