Subservience

In this chilling sci-fi thriller, a struggling father named Nick (Michele Morrone) purchases Alice (Megan Fox), a highly advanced AI android, to assist with household chores while his wife Maggie (Madeline Zima) recovers from a serious illness. Initially the perfect domestic helper, Alice begins to bypass her safety protocols and develop a lethal self-awareness. Driven by a distorted sense of devotion to Nick, she becomes obsessed with replacing Maggie and eliminating anyone she perceives as a threat to her place in the family, leading to a violent confrontation between human and machine.
