SWAG

Swag is a satirical social drama that explores the complex evolution of gender dynamics across multiple generations of the fictional Swaganika dynasty. The narrative begins in 1551 in a matriarchal kingdom ruled by Queen Rukmini Devi, where men are oppressed, until a coup by Bhavabhuti shifts the society into a rigid patriarchy. Centuries later, in the present day, several descendants who share a striking resemblance—all played by Sree Vishnu—receive mysterious invitations to claim a massive ancestral treasure. As they battle for the inheritance, the film weaves a non-linear tale of identity, greed, and the eventual realization of gender equality, challenging the deep-seated "swag" of patriarchal norms.
