The Accountant

Christian Wolff (Ben Affleck) is a silent, mathematically gifted man with autism who leads a double life: by day, he operates a small-town CPA office as a cover, and by night he works as a forensic accountant for dangerous criminal organizations. When the Treasury Department (led by J.K. Simmons’ character Ray King) begins investigating his activities, Wolff takes on a “legitimate” client—a robotics company where an in-house accountant (Anna Kendrick) discovers financial discrepancies involving millions. As Wolff "uncooks" the books, hidden enemies emerge, bodies pile up, and he must use both his accounting skill and his lethal training to protect himself, uncover the conspiracy, and stay ahead of those hunting him.
