The Veil

Twenty-five years after being the sole survivor of a religious cult's mass suicide, Sarah Hope returns to the abandoned compound with a documentary film crew led by Maggie Price. Maggie, whose father was the lead FBI agent on the original case, is determined to find missing footage that explains the true nature of the tragedy. As the group uncovers the lost film reels, they realize that the charismatic cult leader Jim Jacobs was experimenting with terrifying supernatural rituals involving astral projection and resurrection. The crew soon discovers that the spirits of the deceased cult members are seeking new vessels, turning their investigative mission into a desperate fight for survival against a malevolent force.
