The Wild Robot

The Wild Robot follows Roz (the ROZZUM Unit 7134), a service robot who becomes wrecked on a remote, uninhabited island. Stranded in the wild, Roz must learn to adapt to her surroundings, understand the flora and fauna, and gradually forge connections with the animals she meets. Along the way, she adopts an orphaned gosling named Brightbill, becoming a kind of guardian and mother figure, as she evolves from cold machine to emotionally invested participant in the rich ecosystem around her.
