Tikdam

Set in a picturesque small hill town, Tikdam follows Prakash, a dedicated widower and low-level hotel employee who, after losing his job due to the property's closure, receives an opportunity to relocate to Mumbai for work. Unwilling to accept the prospect of their family being uprooted and separated from their cherished ancestral home, his young children and their clever friends embark on a series of inventive and heartwarming adventures to stop him from leaving. The film tenderly explores themes of familial bonds, small-town nostalgia, and the complex realities of migration through a touching slice-of-life lens.
