Gone Kesh

Set in the town of Siliguri, Gone Kesh follows Enakshi Dasgupta, a spirited middle-class teenager and passionate dancer whose life is upended when she begins suffering severe hair loss and is diagnosed with alopecia areata. Faced with societal stigma, failed medical remedies, and shattered self-esteem, she conceals her condition beneath wigs and dupattas while navigating the emotional and financial strain endured by her supportive parents. However, with the quiet affection and encouragement of her longtime college admirer Srijoy, Enakshi eventually confronts her fears, sheds her wig before a packed auditorium, and reclaims her confidence, self-worth, and love for dance on her own terms.
