Hello Brother

Hero, a fun-loving courier delivery man who is secretly in love with his childhood friend Rani, works unwittingly for a corrupt drug lord named Khanna. When honest police inspector Vishal begins closing in on Khanna's illegal narcotics ring, Hero inadvertently discovers his employer's criminal activities and is murdered, while Vishal is critically wounded in the chest. Vishal survives after receiving a life-saving heart transplant from Hero, but soon discovers he can see and hear Hero's lingering, mischievous spirit. Bound together by the transplanted heart and mutual affection for Rani, the straight-laced cop and the unruly ghost form an unlikely comedic alliance to bring Khanna to justice and avenge Hero's untimely demise.
