When young Alan Parrish discovers a mysterious board game called Jumanji, he is unexpectedly pulled into its inner jungle world and trapped for decades. Twenty-six years later, two siblings, Judy and Peter Shepherd, find the game in the attic of the same house and begin to play, unwittingly releasing a now-adult Alan. However, the game’s supernatural magic continues to bleed into the real world, unleashing a chaotic stampede of jungle creatures and deadly hazards upon their quiet suburban town.
