Motichoor Chaknachoor

Anita "Ani" Awasthi is a young woman in Bhopal whose sole ambition is to marry an NRI and settle abroad to flaunt her lifestyle on social media. After rejecting numerous local suitors, she sets her sights on her 36-year-old neighbor, Pushpinder Tyagi, who has recently returned from Dubai and is under pressure from his mother to find a bride with a hefty dowry. Desperate to achieve her goal, Ani convinces the equally desperate Pushpinder to elope, only to discover after the wedding that he has been fired from his overseas job and plans to settle in India. The film explores their mismatched relationship and the societal obsession with foreign settlement through a comedic yet poignant lens.
