In an all-new story taking place during the iconic Raccoon City viral catastrophe, medical courier Bryan Hodukavich accepts a high-paying, last-minute assignment to deliver an unknown medical package to Raccoon City General Hospital. His routine delivery quickly turns into an escalating nightmare after a collision on a snowy mountain road embroils him in a terrifying encounter with the infected.
